听觉统合训练联合应用行为分析疗法在孤独症谱系障碍患儿中的治疗效果研究
The effect of auditory integration training combined with applied behavior analysis on children with autism spectrum disorder

Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of auditory integration training(AIT)combined with applied beha-vior analysis(ABA)in children with autism spectrum disorder(ASD).Methods A total of 91 children with ASD who re-ceived early intervention at Jiaxing Maternity and Child Health Care Hospital from January 2022 to December 2023 were se-lected and randomly assigned to a control group(n=46)and an observation group(n=45).The control group received ABA therapy alone,while the observation group received AIT in combination with ABA.The Autism Behavior Checklist(ABC)was used to evaluate core symptoms,and the Gesell Developmental Schedules(GDS)were used to assess language and social abilities before and after treatment.Results Before and after treatment,the ABC score difference in the observation group was(4.32±6.45),significantly higher than that in the control group(1.68±5.12)(P<0.05).The score differ-ences in the GDS language and social domains were also higher in the observation group than in the control group,though the intergroup differences were not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion AIT combined with ABA can effectively improve the core symptoms of children with ASD,with potential benefits in language and social development.The com-bined approach has promising clinical application value and warrants further research to optimize intervention strategies.关键词
