摘要

Abstract

Superhydrophobic coatings are of excellent application prospects in the field of aircraft anti-icing due to their unique properties.The aim of this paper is to develop a superhydrophobic coating with good corrosion resis-tance and anti-deicing properties.Hydrophilic silica nanoparticles are prepared using ethyl orthosilicate and hydro-phobically modified by poly.Subsequently,the hydrophobic nanoparticles are combined with fluorosilicone resin to prepare a superhydrophobic coating with a water contact angle of 158.6°.Finally,the anti-icing properties of the su-perhydrophobic coating are verified.The results show that after 50 cycles of sandpaper wear testing,the water con-tact angle of the coating remained at 148.5 °,demonstrating good delayed icing and de icing performance.At low temperatures of-10 and-15℃,the freezing time of water droplets on the coating surface is extended by 205%and 800%,respectively.Compared with uncoated tinplate,the adhesion of the coated ice layer decreased by 91.8%,and the coating exhibits good hydrophobicity to different liquids.
