摘要
Abstract
To scientifically evaluate the level of emergency response capability in air traffic control,reduce accident risk and minimize unsafe incidents,the correlation of evaluation indicators and the uncertainty of the evaluation process are comprehensively considered,the improved entropy weight method and cloud model are combined to establish a comprehensive evaluation model for the entire process of air traffic control emergency response.Firstly,an indicator system is established for the entire process of air traffic control emergency response from the four aspects of prevention,preparation,response,and recovery in the field of emergen-cy management.Secondly,the improved entropy weight method is used to determine the weight of the indicators.Finally,an exam-ple analysis is conducted using a certain air traffic control bureau in the northwest to verify the effectiveness of the model.As a re-sult,the model can effectively evaluate the entire process of air traffic control emergency response,laying the foundation for improv-ing emergency response capabilities.关键词
