Abstract

For the acquisition of array eddy current data,traditional acquisition systems based on a single FPGA or ARM pro-cessor are no longer able to cope with the demand for real-time acquisition and transmission of large amounts of data in industrial sites,and need to combine the advantages of both.Secondly,the array eddy current data is often accompanied by a large amount of noise,making it impossible to make full use of the original signal being measured.Therefore,an array eddy current data acquisition system based on ZYNQ and MFB filters is designed.The system uses the AD9240 from ADI as the digital-analogue sampling chip,acquires the electromagnetic voltage signal of the coil under test at the ZYNQ PL terminal,filters the measured signal by means of an adjustable frequency MFB filter,stores the data in DDR3 at the PS terminal via DMA,and then displays the data at the ZYNQ PS terminal via the Ethernet TCP protocol to the LabVIEW host computer software.The ZYNQ PS side then displays the data to the LabVIEW software via Ethernet TCP protocol.The test results show that the system is able to accurately collect and filter the electro-magnetic signals,and at the same time meet the functions of data storage and transmission.
