Abstract
In order to solve the problems of low efficiency,insufficient accuracy,and inability to fully reflect the overall cruci-ble quality in the existing crucible transparent layer thickness measurement,a new method for measuring SiO2 crucible layer thick-ness based on machine vision and deep learning Vit model is proposed in this paper.A handheld thickness measuring device based on single-chip microcomputer is used to capture video from the crucible surface to the inside at a uniform speed.The standard of ini-tial frame and end frame of transparent layer is determined by manual calibration.The surface bubbles of the crucible with Hough gradient legal bit fusion of frame difference information are used to classify the image frames and obtain the boundary frames by Vit model.Finally,the thickness information of the transparent layer is obtained by using the proposed thickness calculation formula.When measuring the thickness of the transparent layer at multiple points in the same batch of crucible samples,the error of the method is kept within 0.3 mm,which fully demonstrates its excellent accuracy and stability.At the same time,the convenient mea-surement of the transparent layer thickness of the crucible is realized with the designed handheld device,which provides a feasible and efficient scheme for the research.关键词
