外源Cl-对水稻幼苗生长及镉吸收转运的影响
Effects of Exogenous Cl-on Growth and Cadmium Uptake and Transport of Rice Seedlings

Abstract
The effects of exogenous chlorine ion(Cl-)on the root fresh weight,aboveground fresh weight,root morphology,iron(Fe)film formation on the root surface,and cadmium(Cd)uptake and transport in rice seedlings of different Cd accumulation types were investigated by the quartz sand cultivation experiments on the seedlings of two rice varieties cultivated with different Cl-application amounts and with and without Cd addition.The results showed that a moderate amount of exogenous Cl-(≤4 mmol/L)promoted the growth of rice seedlings,while excessive exogenous Cl-inhibited the growth.Under the condition of no Cd2+addition,the root fresh weight,aboveground fresh weight,total root length,root surface area,and root volume of rice seedlings first increased and then decreased as the application amount of Cl-increased,reaching the peaks in the treatment with 4 mmol/L Cl-application.Exogenous Cl-inhibited the Fe film formation on the root surface of rice seedlings,and the content of Fe film on the root surface decreased significantly with the increase in the application amount of Cl-.The addition of 4 mg/kg Cd2+seriously impeded the growth of rice seedlings.The root fresh weight,aboveground fresh weight,total root length,root surface area,and root volume first reduced and then increased with the increase in the application amount of Cl-,reaching the lowest values in the treatment with 4 mmol/L Cl-application.Exogenous Cl-affected the Cd uptake and transport in rice seedlings.Under the condition of adding 4 mg/kg Cd2+,as the application amount of Cl-increased,the translocation coefficient of Cd in rice seedlings decreased,and the content of Cd in the roots increased significantly and was much higher than that in the aboveground part.The high Cd-accumulating variety'Tianyou Huazhan'was more sensitive to Cl-than the low Cd-accumulating variety'Y Liangyou 1998'and had a stronger ability to absorb and transport Cd.Under the same application amount of Cl-,'Tianyou Huazhan'had lower content of Fe film on the root surface and higher root fresh weight,root surface area,root volume,and Cd content in the roots.关键词
