摘要

Abstract

A measurement capability evaluation method based on the hydrostatic towing method was proposed to address the issue of difficulty in achieving traceability of the time difference of large-diameter ultrasonic flow measurement devices.Starting from the principle of ultrasonic flow measurement,a conversion model between ultrasonic transit time difference and flow velocity value was established.and an experimental testing device and traceability path based on the hydrostatic towing method were developed to verify the conversion model.The experimental test results of 6 sets of sensors indicated that the measurement capability evaluation method is feasible,and the standard uncertainty introduced by time difference measurement is 0.26~0.49 ns.
