Abstract
To address the issues of traditional resistance thermometers being time-consuming,labor-intensive,and prone to missing temperature data due to low monitoring frequency during construction,this study explored the application of wireless temperature sensing technology in monitoring the temperature of mass concrete,using a large ship lock under construction as a case study.First,a comparative experiment between wireless temperature sensing technology and resistance thermometers was conducted.Then,based on the wireless temperature sensing technology,the temperature distribution pattern of the ship lock bottom slab and the surface temperature gradient were monitored.Finally,inversion analysis of the concrete's thermal conduc-tivity and surface heat dissipation coefficient was carried out.The results showed that the maximum temperature difference be-tween the wireless temperature sensor and the traditional resistance thermometer was 0.65℃,and the average temperature dif-ference was 0.44℃.However,the wireless temperature sensor had the advantages of automatic temperature measurement,high temperature measurement frequency and the unit price was only one seventh of the traditional resistance thermometer.The en-gineering practice showed that the wireless temperature sensing technology can quickly and accurately monitor the temperature distribution law and surface temperature gradient of the lock floor with cooling water pipes,and then reasonably invert the sur-face heat release coefficient and temperature conductivity coefficient,which can provide a reliable and timely reference for the temperature control of mass concrete.关键词
