Abstract
Taking the rural small water system ecological management project in Yingzhou district,Fuyang City,as an example,this study analyzes the current state of water conservancy projects and the governance needs of small water systems in the Northern Anhui plain region.Based on environmental characteristics,regional features,and functional requirements,seven governance measures are proposed,including water system renovation,water ecological improvement,water environment en-hancement,land reclamation,road renovation,sewage interception,and the establishment of a management and maintenance system.The aim is to provide a reference for addressing issues related to rural water environment,water ecology,and small wa-ter system management in plain regions.关键词
