Abstract
Objective:To systematically summarize the stigma experience of breast cancer patients in their daily life,medical treatment,and after breast cancer surgery,and to provide reference for reducing the stigma of breast cancer patients.Methods:Qualitative studies on stigma of breast cancer patients were retrieved from databases such as Embase,the Cochrane Library,PubMed,Web of Science,CNKI,Wanfang,China Biomedical Database,and VIP from the establishment of the database to April 30,2024.The quality of the literature was evaluated using the 2020 version of the Australian JBI Evidence-Based Health Care Centre Qualitative Research Quality Evaluation Criteria,and the results were integrated using the Meta-integration method.Results:A total of 10 articles were included,22 research results were extracted and summarized into 8 categories,and 4 integrated results were obtained:breast cancer patients'stigma and public discrimination,the impact of stigma on breast cancer patients,stigma increased the various needs of breast cancer patients,and strategies for breast cancer patients to cope with stigma.Conclusions:This study explored the stigma-related experiences of breast cancer patients and found that stigma had a negative impact on patients,and different patients had different coping strategies for stigma.Clinical nurses can intervene in patients'coping strategies for stigma to reduce or eliminate their stigma.关键词
