Abstract
Objective:To explore the latent categories and characteristic differences of frailty characteristics in elderly patients with heart failure(HF)based on latent profile analysis,and analyze its influencing factors.Methods:A total of 229 elderly patients with HF and frailty treated in a tertiary grade A hospital in Qingdao city from July 2023 to March 2024 were selected as research subjects by convenience sampling method.General information questionnaire,Tilburg Frailty Indicator(TFI),Patient Health Questionnaire-9(PHQ-9),Social Support Rating Scale(SSRS),and the Family APGAR Scale were used for investigation.Latent profile analysis was used to explore the latent categories of frailty characteristics,and multivariate logistic regression was used to analyze their influencing factors.Results:The frailty characteristics of elderly patients with HF can be divided into three latent categories:low-physical frailty group(68.1%),high-frailty-lack of support group(17.1%),and moderate-uniform frailty group(14.8%).Age,sleep,NYHA heart function classification,depression,and family care are influencing factors of frailty characteristics(P<0.05).Conclusion:There is significant heterogeneity in the frailty characteristics of elderly patients with HF.Nursing staff should carry out personalized nursing and education,information,and psychological support intervention measures according to the different characteristics of patients to delay their frailty process and improve their quality of life.关键词
