桑黄多糖对溃疡性结肠炎的干预作用
The intervention effects of Sanghuangporus sanghuang polysaccharides on ulcerative colitis

Abstract
Ulcerative colitis(UC)is a chronic inflammatory bowel disease protractedly and severely impacting the lives of patients.Polysaccharides extracted from Sanghuangporus sanghuang fruiting bodies and a mouse model of colitis was established using dextran sulfate sodium(DSS),and then intervention with S.sanghuang polysaccharides(PPs)was carried out.The weight,colon length,inflammatory factor levels,and oxidative stress levels of mice were detected;colon tissue sections were observed and changes in colon microbiota were analyzed to evaluate the intervention effect of PPs on colitis.The results show that PPs(400 mg/kg/d)is non-toxic to mice and can effectively slow down the weight loss and inhibit colon shortening,and reduce the structural damage and pathological changes of colon tissue in UC-suffering mice.Compared with mice administered with 3.5%DSS by gavage,mice intervened with PPs(400 mg/kg/d)showed decrease of myeloperoxidase(MPO)and pro-inflammatory factors interleukin-6(IL-6)and tumor necrosis factor α(TNF-α)content,and increase of total superoxide dismutase(T-SOD)content and anti-inflammatory factor interleukin-10(IL-10)content in colon tissue.To a certain extent,PPs can regulate the changes of gut microbiota structure induced by DSS in UC mice and enhance the diversity of gut microbiota.The abundance changes of Bacteroidetes,Firmicutes,Verrucomicrobia and Proteobacteria induced by DSS are improved by PPs,which can effectively inhibit the expression of pro-inflammatory factors and cellular oxidative stress in colitis mice,thereby reducing intestinal inflammatory response,alleviating intestinal histological changes,enriching the diversity and regulating the abundance of gut microbiota,and thus alleviating UC symptoms.关键词
