白木香内生真菌Hypoxylon sp.HK-37的次级代谢产物
Secondary metabolites of endophytic fungus Hypoxylon sp.HK-37 from Aquilaria sinensis

Abstract
Five compounds were isolated from the rice solid fermentation products of Hypoxylon sp.HK-37,an endophytic fungus from Aquilaria sinensis by various separation techniques including silica gel column chromatography,Sephadex LH-20 gel column chromatography,semi-preparative high-performance liquid chromatography(HPLC),and recrystallization.The structures of these compounds were identified through spectroscopic methods in combined with consulting literature data.They were determined as methyl 8-hydroxy-1-oxo-1H-isochromene-3-carboxylate(1),8-hydroxy-1-oxo-1H-isochromene-3-carboxylicacid(2),1,8-dimethoxynaphthalene(3),(-)-5-methylmellein(4),and(-)-6-hydroxymellein(5).Among them,compound 1 is a new compound,compound 2 is a new natural product,and compound 5 is isolated from this genus for the first time.The isolated compounds were tested for their acetylcholinesterase inhibitory activity in vitro,and the results showed that all the compounds exhibited certain inhibitory activity.This research provides reference material for its further development and utilization.关键词
