Review of blockchain-based data sharing in Internet of Vehicles
摘要
Abstract
Data sharing in the IoV,which involves the exchange and sharing of traffic data among vehicles or between vehicles and infrastructure,significantly enhances driving experience and safety.Blockchain technology,cha-racterized by decentrali-zation,tamper-proof,and traceability,has been widely adopted for data sharing in IoV environments,offering unprecedented opportunities to establish a trusted data-sharing ecosystem.However,applying traditional blockchain to IoV data sharing poses substantial challenges.To address these issues,numerous research efforts have proposed targeted solutions.This paper provi-ded a comprehensive review of blockchain-based IoV data sharing.It firstly introduced the fundamental concepts of blockchain and IoV data sharing.Subsequently,it analyzed the current state of research on blockchain-based IoV data sharing solutions,highlighting key challenges.Specifically,this study was the first to focus on and compare existing solutions addressing two major challenges:low throughput and high storage overhead.Finally,it proposed potential future research directions,consi-dering the evolving trends in both IoV and blockchain technologies.关键词
