Abstract

Based on near infrared spectroscopy combined with chemometrics methods,this study systematically studied the origin identification and model transfer of Epimedium brevicornum and Epi-medium pubescens.Firstly,principal component analysis(PCA)was used to explore the spectral dif-ferences between the two,which provides a reference for subsequent classification modeling.Subse-quently,support vector machine(SVM)and random forest(RF)classification models were estab-lished,and the effects of different spectral preprocessing methods were compared to screen out the best preprocessing combination(SG+1st Der+SNV and SG+2nd Der+SNV).Finally,a high-accuracy primitive identification model(the identification accuracy was 100%)was obtained.On this basis,the DS and PDS methods were used to correct the model,and the standard samples were selected by hierarchical clustering(HC),which successfully improved the adaptability and migration effect of the model.The results showed that the SVM model was superior to the RF model in terms of classifica-tion accuracy and migration stability,which provided a scientific basis for the application of portable near infrared spectrometer in the identification of traditional Chinese medicine.
