Abstract
The National Health Commission speculates that China will enter a stage of severe aging by about 2035,while the elderly dependency ratio continues to rise and the life expectancy per capita continues to lengthen and Senior Citizen Education,as an important cause for the elderly,should be emphasized in its development.Due to the deficiencies of the existing Senior Citizen Education system,the different development of the elderly and the need for old-age protection,the study is to reverse the order of the regular education system under the combination of"learning and raising,enjoying and raising and medical care and raising"and to reconstruct the Senior Citizen Education system,which is to be operated according to the order of Senior Citi-zen Education,Senior Citizen Middle Schools,Senior Citizen Primary Schools and Elderly Care Institutes.The order of schooling should be inverted.We will also explore the realization path of reconstructing the schooling system of Senior Citizen Education under the combination of"San Yang"in terms of the coordination of specialized departments,the recognition and participation of the public,the support of policies,the degree of perfection of venues and facilities,the support of funds and the construction of teaching staffs.Eventually,it will be able to fully meet the real needs of the elderly,promote the re-development of human resources for the elderly,make up for the shortcomings of the old-age security system,promote the healthy development of Senior Citizen Education in China and thus promoting the construction of the lifelong education system.关键词
