高等职业教育服务乡村振兴:培育现代农民思想的内容与路径
Higher Vocational Education Serves Rural Revitalization:the Content and Path of Cultivating Modern Farmers'Thoughts

Abstract
In the process of rural revitalization,there is a contradiction of harmonious development between industry,talent and local residents in the rural areas.There is a real problem that industry and talent"can not be retained",which is a reflection of the contradiction between the new quality pro-ductive forces of agriculture and the lagging relations of production.Modern farmers'thoughts emphasize ecological environment,social development and collective progress.This paper argues that the formation of modern farmers'thoughts is conducive to improving agricultural production relations and adap-ting to the development of new quality productive forces of agriculture.The way to promote the change of farmers'thoughts from traditional to modern is to meet the requirements of agricultural rapid development and new quality productive forces of agriculture to new production relations.Through social serv-ices,rural personnel training,re-confidence in agriculture and rural areas,the implementation of local measures and classification,higher education can cultivate modern farmers'thoughts and promote the formation of new production relations from the aspects of social values,cooperative development con-cept,laborer's role change and labor values.The formation of modern farmer thoughts is conducive to promoting the formation of new agricultural produc-tion relations,adapting to the development requirements of new quality productive forces of agriculture and achieving the great goal of rural revitalization.关键词
