教育强国建设背景下的高校银龄教师:应为、难为与可为
University Silver Age Teachers under the Leading Country in Education:Should Be,Difficult,and Possible

Abstract
As a strategic human resource for the construction of a strong education nation,releasing the potential energy of senior teachers in colleges and universities and giving full play to their functions are not only the responsibility of the time to implement the national strategy of aging,but also an im-portant initiative to achieve education to the satisfaction of the people.Under the strategic framework of the construction of a strong educational country,silver teachers in colleges and universities have gradually become the guides to help young teachers grow professionally,the leading geese to promote the modernization of the governance of recipient colleges and universities and the think-tank to optimize the spatial distribution of higher education.However,in the process of practice,they are also faced with the structural game of intergenerational inheritance and the awakening of the main body of young teach-ers,the institutional conflict between decision-making empowerment and the governance habits of recipient universities,the systematic misalignment be-tween the release of value and the reconstruction of the ecology of higher education and other practical problems.In this regard,the way to solve the prob-lem lies in the use of"experience"to help"refinement"and greatly improves the basic skills of teachers in recipient schools;the use of"silver age"to promote the"leadership"and the basic skills of teachers in recipient schools can be greatly improved;with"silver age"the new governance pattern of re-cipient universities can be shaped at a high level;with"seniority"for"resources",the high-quality development of higher education can be promoted in all aspects,so as to help to achieve the overall realization of building a leading country in education.关键词
