摘要

Abstract

With the deepening of the reform of vocational education,the construction of"double-qualified"teacher team has become the key to im-prove the quality of vocational education.Ningbo,as a relatively advanced region in the development of vocational education,has achieved certain results in the construction of"double-qualified"teachers,but there are also some problems and challenges.The purpose of this paper is to analyze the current situation of the"double-qualified"teacher recognition standard in Ningbo's vocational education,to explore its problems and to put forward correspond-ing suggestions for improvement.Through in-depth research,it is found that there are problems such as unclear standards and biased academic qualifica-tions in the process of identifying"double-qualified"teachers in Ningbo,which affects the quality of the construction of the"double-qualified"teacher team.Therefore,it is necessary to further improve the recognition criteria,strengthen the practical ability and optimize the title promotion policy in order to promote the healthy development of the"double-qualified"teacher team.
