摘要

Abstract

The new generation of digital technology provides technical support and theoretical support for the development of teachers'digital teaching competence.On the basis of elucidating the essential connotation of digital technology empowering the development of teachers'digital teaching compe-tence,clear value implications include:the role of teachers with technical support has been transformed from"imparting knowledge"to"teaching eth-ics",teaching breaks through from"theory"to"practice",thinking shifts from"experience"to"evidence-based"and development advances from"in-dividual"to"group wisdom".The intrinsic mechanism of the digital teaching competence of the teachers enabled by digital technology is discussed as fol-lows:Digital technology can facilitate the development of teachers in the whole process of digital teaching instructional design,implementation,evaluation and research through comprehensive perception,digital intelligence driving force,accurate judgment and collaborative symbiosis force.Then,the practical approach of digital technology to develop teachers'digital teaching competence includes:develop digital resources,implement accurate digital training,establish a holographic evaluation system and build a teacher training community.
