高职院校教师数字化教学能力提升困境与实施路径
The Dilemmas and Enhancement Paths of Digital Teaching Capability for Teachers in Higher Vocational Colleges

Abstract
Under the backdrop of digital transformation,enhancing the digital teaching capabilities of higher vocational college teachers has become a crucial factor in promoting high-quality development of vocational education.Based on the TPACK framework and adult learning theory,this paper sys-tematically analyzes the dilemmas faced by vocational educators through empirical research:superficial technology application due to low self-efficacy,ex-acerbated disciplinary digital divide caused by inadequate systemic support,homogeneous training failing to meet differentiated needs and sustainability constraints from incentive-incompatible evaluation systems.Accordingly,this study innovatively proposes a four-dimensional enhancement approach:Re-construct professional cognition to achieve a paradigm shift from"technological instrumentalism"to"ecological reconstructionism".Establish industry-ed-ucation collaboration platforms to optimize tripartite resource provision encompassing curriculum,evaluation and practice.Develop tiered training mecha-nisms to resolve structural contradictions between classified guidance and demand-oriented supply.Implement multidimensional evaluation systems to acti-vate endogenous motivation.These strategies provide both theoretical foundations and practical pathways for the digital transformation of vocational educa-tion.关键词
