娄底市农民大学生培养机制下的农村"两后生"教育培训
The Educational Training of Rural"Middle and High School Graduates Without Continuing Their Studies"Based on the Training Mechanism of Peasant College Students

Abstract
The education and training of"middle and high school graduates without continuing their studies"under the cultivation mechanism of peasant college students is helpful to the academic qualification promotion and career development of rural"middle and high school graduates without con-tinuing their studies"and promote the economic and social development and cultural revitalization of rural areas.At present,the education and training of rural"middle and high school graduates without continuing their studies"in Loudi City has achieved certain effectiveness and achievements,but there are a series of problems in student learning,education and teaching resources and training and employment support.It is suggested to continuously improve the training system of rural college students and strengthen institutional support in serving the training plan of"middle and high school graduates without con-tinuing their studies",education levels,training methods,financial support and entrepreneurial project competitions.Optimize curriculum construction,strengthen ideological and political education and strengthen entrepreneurial support for rural"middle and high school graduates without continuing their studies"in order to better meet the needs of modern agriculture and rural development talents.关键词
