摘要

Abstract

To enrich technology opportunity identification methods,expand the application perspective of patent quality in technology opportunity identification,and provide logical and methodological reference for technology opportunity identification.First,mine potential technical themes in patent documents based on the LDA model;second,preliminarily screen potential technology opportunities based on the overall change trend and local change potential of the number of patents;on this basis,the patent quality evaluation is placed on the dynamic From the perspective of change,based on the dynamic changes in the patent quality of the two types of patent applicants,enterprises and scientific research institutes,the technical topics are cross-identified as potential,cooperative,co-opetitive and competitive,and the R&D risks of the four increase in sequence.In the empirical part,the fuel cell field was used as an example to conduct research,and a total of 7 technical opportunities were identified.The identification results were verified based on policy and market information,and the main applicants under the technical opportunities were analyzed in detail.The identified technological opportunities are consistent with policy orientation and market potential,and the classification of technological opportunities is relatively scientific,which can provide a clear insight into the main applicants under the opportunities.
