Abstract

In view of the uneven level of digitalization among supply chain member enterprises,which affects the overall digital level of the supply chain,this paper analyzes the interaction between the transformation strategy choice and behavior change of supply chain member enterprises,promotes the common transformation of member enterprises.The differential game method is used to obtain the fixed proportion and elastic proportional benefit sharing models without cost sharing,and the member strategies and performance under the bilateral cost sharing and revenue sharing models.The results show that when the level of supply chain digitalization is low,manufacturers can adopt a fixed proportion of revenue sharing,and when the level of digitalization is improved to a certain extent,it is better to use flexible proportion revenue sharing.The higher the revenue sharing ratio set by the manufacturer,the higher the incentive of the supplier to share the transformation cost of the manufacturer.When supply chain members earn higher marginal benefits,they will increase the proportion of other members to share the transformation costs.The conclusions of this study provide a reference for the decision-making of digital transformation of manufacturing supply chain.
