事故体验对建筑工人不安全行为的影响:基于系统动力学方法
Influence of accident experience on unsafe behavior of construction workers:based on system dynamics method
摘要
Abstract
In order to reduce the unsafe behaviors of construction workers,the dynamic mechanism of the effect of accident experience on unsafe behaviors was explored.Based on the ternary interaction framework of social cognitive theory,the system dynamics method was adopted to construct a system dynamics simulation model of the unsafe behaviors of construction workers with accident experience as the antecedent variable.The research shows that:accident experience,risk perception,safety attitude and safety competence have obvious inhibitory effects on the unsafe behaviors of construction workers,especially the level of risk perception has the highest degree of inhibitory effect on the unsafe behaviors of construction workers;further analysis revelas,the comprehensive inhibitory effect of the above four factors is more significant than the inhibitory effect of controlling the four factors individually.The research results provide a basis for formulating more efficient construction safety management strategies.关键词
