数字化赋能"专精特新"企业创新绩效提升的路径研究
Digitalization Empowers the Innovation Performance of"Specialized,Special and New"Enterprises Ascension Path Studies

Abstract
Digital empowerment of"specialized,special and new"enterprises is a key path to improve the innovation performance of the manufacturing industry and an important engine to achieve economic growth.Based on the theoretical framework of Technology-Organization-Environment(TOE),the mixed NCA and fsQCA methods,taking the listed companies of"specialized,refined,special and new"enterprises as samples,the main influencing factors affecting the innovation performance of"specialized,refined,special and new"enterprises and the influence of different combinations are studied,and the corresponding configuration paths are obtained.The results show that:(1)R&D investment,digital transformation,enterprise scale,supply chain relationship,digital infrastructure,market competitiveness and government subsidies cannot independently become the necessary conditions for improving the innovation performance of digitally empowered"specialized,special and new"enterprises;(2)The factor of enterprise size has a significant impact on the innovation performance of"specialized,special and new"enterprises;(3)The configuration analysis reveals five paths to improve the innovation performance of"specialized,special and new"enterprises,namely,scale advantage,government-boosted,resource integration,innovation-driven,and coordinated development.The conclusions of this study not only enrich the theoretical basis in the field of digitalization and innovation performance of"specialized,special and new"enterprises,but also provide decision-making support for"specialized,special and new"enterprises in improving the quality of innovation.关键词
