摘要

Abstract

The sampling device of deep-sea microbial concentration,pressure preservation and heat preservation plays a deci-sive role in the fidelity of deep-sea microbial sampling.The sampling device is usually composed of several parts,in which the sam-pling barrel needs to have the capability of deep sea insulation and pressure,and also has the function of sample storage and sample transfer,so the sampling cylinder is the core of the whole sampling device.In this paper,Solidworks is used to design the structure of the sampling cylinder,determine the material selection of the sampling cylinder,calculate the relevant size of the sampling cylin-der and check the relevant strength.Finally,ANSYS is used to analyze the statics of each part of the sampling cylinder.It is proved that the structure design of the sampling cylinder is reasonable,has good stability and reliable inspection,and the stress,strain and deformation are also within the safe range,which meets the design requirements.
