Four Dimensional Empowerment:the Return Path of Farmer Subjectivity in Rural Human Settlements Environment Governance:Multi-Case Study Based on the Grounded Theory

Abstract
The return of farmer subjectivity is a practical problem that urgently needs to be solved in the governance of rural living environment.Based on the grounded theory research method,analyze 60 case texts of rural living environment improvement.Research has found that under the four dimensions of individual,political,community,and market empowerment,the subjectivity of farmers in rural living environment governance returns to a basic logic of"consciousness present","ability present","action present",and"efficiency present".Among them,individual empowerment is the practical and internal driving force to achieve the subjective presence of farmers'consciousness;Political empowerment is the material foundation,platform guarantee,and direction guidance for achieving the"ability presence"of farmers as the main body;Community empowerment is a collaborative field,emotional drive,and rule guidance that enables farmers to be present in their actions;Market based empowerment enhances the sense of gain,happiness,and responsibility of farmers,thereby achieving their subjective"efficiency presence".Based on this,the basic strategy of four-dimensional empowerment is the key to promoting the return of farmer subjectivity,and it is also the necessary path to build a long-term governance mechanism for rural living environment.关键词
