数字化转型下国有制造业企业绿色创新的激活机制研究
Research on Activation Mechanism of Green Innovation in State-Owned Manufacturing Enterprises Under Digital Transformation:A Moderated Mediation Model

Abstract
This paper selects the data of A-share listed state-owned manufacturing enterprises from 2011 to 2021.Based on the characteristics of state-owned manufacturing enterprises,such as intense government regulation,high corporate social responsibility,and high monopoly,it studies the impact of the digital transformation of state-owned manufacturing enterprises on green innovation from both theoretical and empirical perspectives and verifies its mechanism.It is found that digital transformation has a significantly promoting effect on the green innovation of state-owned manufacturing enterprises,and this result passes the robustness test.The mechanism test indicates that digital transformation can promote the green innovation of state-owned manufacturing enterprises through three means:green innovation impetus,human capital structure,and resource allocation efficiency.Meanwhile,government regulation significantly enhances the role of digital transformation in promoting green innovation impetus;the degree of market monopoly significantly weakens the promotion effect of digital transformation on resource allocation efficiency;however,the moderating effect of corporate social responsibility on the path of optimizing human capital structure through digital transformation is not significant.关键词
