Abstract
The employees'pro-environmental behaviors is an important force to promote the enterprise to achieve the goal of"double carbon"and carry out sustainable development.Individual psychological factors have an important impact on employees'pro-environmental behaviors,among which the green psychological atmosphere has its unique advantages.Starting from the green psychological atmosphere of employees,based on the self-determination theory and social identity theory,and taking the social information processing theory as the logical context of the influence path,this paper constructs a chain intermediary model in which the green psychological atmosphere affects the pro-environmental behaviors of employees through psychological empowerment and green organizational identification,and discusses the boundary role of green values.Through the analysis of 277 employee survey questionnaires in manufacturing enterprises,the results show that:green psychological atmosphere positively affects employees'pro-environmental behaviors;psychological empowerment and green organizational identification not only play a partial mediating role between green psychological atmosphere and employees'pro-environmental behaviors,but also play a chain mediating role together.By enhancing the positive impact of green psychological atmosphere on employee psychological empowerment,green values play a moderating role in the chain intermediary relationship.Green psychological atmosphere,psychological empowerment,green organizational identification and green values are conducive to shaping and stimulating employees'pro-environmental behaviors.Therefore,attention should be paid to the perception of employees'green psychological atmosphere in the workplace,the improvement of employees'psychological empowerment,the promotion of employees'green organizational identification,the cultivation of employees'personal green values,and the creation of favorable conditions for the stimulation and promotion of employees'pro-environmental behaviors,so as to promote the green development of enterprises.关键词
