大连软枣猕猴桃细菌性溃疡病鉴定及药剂筛选
Pathogen Identification and Bactericide Screening of Bacterial Canker Disease of Actinidia Arguta in Dalian

Abstract
Bacterial canker is a devastating disease in Actinidia arguta production.In order to identify the pathogen and screen the effective bactericide,in this study,disease tissues were collected from Jinzhou Dis-trict,Dalian,and used tissue isolation to isolate the pathogen,and identified the pathogen based on morpholo-gy,physiological and biochemical characteristics,16S rDNA sequence,and pathogenicity test.The optimal medium and temperature were determined,and the inhibition effects of twenty bactericide on the pathogen were also measured by using inhibition zone method.The results showed that the pathogen of bacterial canker of A.arguta in Dalian was Pseudomonas syringae pv.actinidiae biovar 2,the optimal medium for the pathogen was LB medium and the optimal temperature was 25℃.Nine agents,including tetramycin,ethylicin and bro-nopol,had antibacterial effect on the pathogen,and the combination of tetramycin and ethylicin at 5∶1 ratio has the best antibacterial effect.The results provide theoretical basis for identifying the pathogen of bacterial canker of A.arguta and using bactericide.关键词
