摘要

Abstract

In order to understand the characteristics of registered purple sweet potato varieties in China,the number,planting area,breeding body,quality,disease resistance and yield of 121 varieties from 2018 to 2023 were analyzed.The results showed that the proportion of purple sweet potato varieties in China was 28%and 31 varieties were registered in 2020,and 47.22%of the varieties were purple sweetpotato in 2021.The varieties suitable for planting in the middle and lower reaches of the Yangtze River were the most.54 units or individuals applied for registration,and research institutes were the main institutions of breeding.The starch content was negatively correlated with reducing sugar and soluble sugar.The content of anthocyanin was posi-tively correlated with the content of crude protein and starch.Most of the cultivated varieties had low anthocya-nin content,and 28 varieties had high anthocyanin content,accounting for 23.14%.The number of varieties resistant to Pseudomonas solanacearum was small.The average yield of fresh potato,dried potato and starch increased first and then decreased,and increased again and then decreased.
