苗期低温冷藏对夏季草原龙胆簇生化及其生长发育的影响
Effects of Low-temperature Storage During Seedling Stage on Summer Rosette Formation and Growth Development in Eustoma grandiflorum

Abstract
Using two cultivars of Eustoma grandiflorum,'Ceremony Orange'and'Rosita Ⅲ White',as experi-mental materials,this study investigated the effects of different low-temperature storage durations(10,20,30 days)at 10℃during the seedling stage on rosette formation and growth development.The results demonstrated that low-temperature storage significantly reduced the rosette rate of Eustoma grandiflorum,with the 10-days treatment showing optimal effectiveness under experimental conditions.The treatment notably enhanced plant height and stem diameter growth,particularly in the 10-days group,which exhibited significantly superior per-formance compared to other durations.Furthermore,cold storage delayed both budding and initial flowering sta-ges while extending the flowering period,with the 10-days treatment demonstrating more pronounced effects.A 10-days low-temperature treatment at 10℃during the seedling stage effectively alleviated summer rosette for-mation,promoted vegetative growth parameters(plant height and stem diameter),prolonged the flowering peri-od,and consequently improved the quality and ornamental value of cut-flower Eustoma grandiflorum.关键词
