辽宁省辣椒上番茄斑萎病毒检测及鉴定
Detection and Identification of Tomato Spotted Wilt Virus on Pepper from Liaoning Province
摘要
Abstract
Tomato spotted wilt virus is a more serious disease in pepper production.Pepper samples suspected of virus infection were detected and identified with the virus-specific primers,which were collected from the vegetable production area of Xinmin City,Liaoning Province.The amplified TSWV-N gene was further se-quenced,underwent genetic distance and phylogenetic analysis.The results showed that the TSWV virus was amplified from the pepper samples,which was confirmed to be infected with tomato spotted wilt virus.Based on the sequence of N gene analysis,TSWV infected by Liaoning pepper was closely related to Shandong TSWV to-mato isolates,but relatively distant from others abroad.It provides a theoretical basis for the monitoring and early warning and green prevention and control of tomato spotted wilt virus in Liaoning pepper.关键词
