吕梁市马铃薯全产业链发展水平评价及高质量发展路径探索
Evaluation of the Development Level of Potato Whole Industry Chain and Exploration of High Quality Development Path in Lvliang City

Abstract
Actively promoting potato industrialization development is of great significance for ensuring national food security.This paper takes Lvliang City as the research area.Explore the high-quality development path of potato industry from the perspective of the whole industry chain.The evaluation index system was constructed from six criteria including seed potato breeding,production capacity,storage conditions,processing and trans-formation,marketing and brand building.Coefficient of variation method was used to determine the index weight,and comprehensive evaluation method and coupling coordination degree model were used to evaluate the development level of each link and the whole industrial chain.The results showed as follows:From 2019 to 2023,the development level of the whole potato industry chain in Lvliang City steadily increased year by year,and thedevelopment level in 2023 was 0.9656;The development momentum of all links of the industry is good,showing an upward trend.The D value of coupling coordination degree in 2023 is 0.995,and the cou-pling coordination degree is high-quality coordination.According to the evaluation results,it puts forward high-quality development paths such as strengthening seed potato industry,speeding up base construction,strengthening storage and fresh-keeping,promoting processing and transformation,doing a good job in product marketing and strengthening brand building.关键词
