穿孔装饰板双层平屋面风荷载特性风洞试验研究
Wind loads characteristics on double-layer flat roofs with attached porous decorative panels by wind tunnel tests

Abstract
Double-layer roof systems with porous cover sheets are widely used in large-scale engineering.Since the size of the cavity between the cover sheets and the inner layer roof is significantly smaller than building outline dimensions,the simulation of wind tunnel scaled model cavity is difficult.Engineers usually utilize a single-layer roof model instead of a double-layer roof model for wind tunnel test,resulting in inaccurate assessments of wind loads on double-layer roof systems.Therefore,this study selected a prototype building with 8m×8m×7m(length × width × height)as the research subject,and conducted wind tunnel tests to investigate the effects of volume compensation and roof ribs on the wind pressures of porous double-layer flat roofs and single-layer flat roofs,and compared the wind loads between them.The results indicate that volume compensation of the test model certainly affects the root mean square(RMS)wind pressure coefficients and the peak wind pressure coefficients,as well as the panel weighted wind pressure coefficients,and the maximum percentage difference in panel weighted wind pressure coefficients amplitude between the models with and without volume compensation is about 16%,but produces little effects on the mean wind pressure coefficients of double-layer roof systems;roof ribs of the inner roof have significant impacts on the superimposed wind loads on the upper and lower surfaces of external panels in double-layer roof systems,and the maximum percentage difference in wind load amplitude between them is about 18%,but have little effects on the inner roof.The wind pressure distribution on the upper surface of external panels in double-layer roofs is similar to that of single-layer roofs,with a large gradient of pressure coefficients,while the distribution on the lower surface of external panels is similar to that on the upper surface of the inner roof,with a smaller gradient.When wind loads of single-layer roofs are used as the wind loads for the design of the main force-resistance structure of double-layer roof systems,the wind load amplitude is obviously underestimated,with the maximum ratio of 1.3 between the two;using the peak wind loads on single-layer roofs as the design wind loads for claddings of double-layer roofs will significantly overestimate the amplitude of the negative wind suctions,with the maximum amplification factor of external panels being about 5.关键词
