摘要

Abstract

After sampling the raw materials in the production process of reconstituted tobacco leaves,the process of washing Stalks was simulated in the laboratory,and the chemical values of process parameters,Stalks,Stalks groups and Stalks groups residues were detected,and the transfer law of chemical components of raw materials was analyzed and calculated based on the law of conservation of materials.When the M01 in the raw Stalks is used to measure the chemical content MO1 formula in the Stalks group,it can be approximated to M01=∑(single Stalks M01 × formula ratio),and when the chemical substance content M11 in the Stalks group is measured by M01 in the raw material,due to the different solid content C,extraction rate η and formula ratio of each raw material in the Stalks group,the average solid content of each tobacco stem is calculated by calculating the average solid content of each stem C and the average extraction rate of η,and the measured content is different from the actual content,but the difference value is small.At present,there are few research reports in this area,and there are no mature measurement methods for reference,Compared with other studies in this area,there is still a lack of key statistical data in the actual production process for verification,and this paper aims to provide a certain reference for further research and calculation.
