摘要

Abstract

This article designs a dual disc solid organic fertilizer spreader based on the characteristics of solid organic fertilizers and the needs of field agriculture.The overall structure and working principle of the spreader are described,and the theoretical calculation of the speed and diameter of its key component,the spreader disc,is carried out.The speed and diameter of the spreader disc are determined based on actual working conditions.A spreader box is designed according to the viscous characteristics of solid organic fertilizers.The conveying device inside the spreader box adopts a chain plate scraper conveying device.After trial production,field experiments were conducted,and various indicators meet the requirements of field operations.
