摘要

Abstract

The sika deer(Cervus nippon)is an extremely endangered protected animal in China.Historically,the Northeast subspecies of sika deer was widely distributed in Heilongjiang and Jilin provinces.In the past half century,due to the interference of human activities,the population of Northeast sika deer has shrunk sharply and is now distributed in a fragmented manner.In order to better protect this rare and endangered species,this study discussed the genetic information and conservation strategies of sika deer.Microsatellite technology and mitochondrial DNA were respectively used as genetic markers to analyze the genetic diversity of captive,free-ranging and wild sika deer.Among them,the wild sika deer currently has relatively high genetic diversity(π=2.783±0.03473,He=0.711).Meanwhile,conservation and management strategies for selection and mating,feed and mating,and habitat restoration were formulated respectively for captive,free-ranging and wild sika deer.
