参姜止痢合剂治疗仔猪黄痢的临床疗效
Clinical Efficacy of Ginseng Ginger Antidysentery Mixture in the Treatment of Jazzailla in Piglets
摘要
Abstract
The purpose of this study was to investigate the clinical efficacy of ginseng ginger antidysentery mixture in the treatment of jazzain in piglets.Ginseng ginger antidiarrheal mixture is composed of traditional Chinese medicine such as Sophora radix and ginger,which has the effects of clearing heat and detoxifying,antibacterial and anti-inflammatory,dissipating cold in temperature and stopping diarrhea,and has been studied through clinical trials in three pig farms in Shenzhen,Lanzhou and Hengyang City,and the therapeutic effect of ginseng ginger antidiarrhea mixture on piglet yellow dysentery has been studied.The results of the trial showed that the anti-dysentery mixture showed significant clinical efficacy in the treatment of yellow dysentery in piglets,with an average cure rate of 86.9％.Through bacterial culture experiments,it was found that ginseng ginger antidysentery mixture could significantly reduce the number of E.coli in piglet feces,thereby effectively controlling the continuous development of jaundice.Compared with traditional antibiotic treatment,ginseng ginger antidysentery mixture not only has significant efficacy,but also avoids the problem of drug resistance caused by antibiotic abuse,and has high application value.This study provides a scientific basis for the application of ginseng ginger antidysentery mixture in the treatment of jadiarrhoea in piglets.关键词
