乌鲁木齐市某宠物医院犬胰腺炎的流行病学调查
Epidemiological Investigation of Canine Pancreatitis in a Pet Hospital in Urumqi
摘要
Abstract
In this paper,10 cases of canine pancreatitis diagnosed in a pet hospital in Urumqi in October 2024 were studied with Aid's cpl specific lipase test strip as the diagnostic basis.Combining breed,age,sex,body temperature,blood routine indexes,medical history investigation and basic clinical symptom analysis,it was found that the main breed of the affected dogs were poodles,and most of them were middle-aged and elderly obese dogs.Clinical examination also found that vomiting,abdominal pain,loss of appetite are the most common clinical symptoms.The main treatment plan of canine pancreatitis is symptomatic treatment,using antibiotics and anti-inflammatory,antiemetic,analgesic and rehydration drugs.Nine of the dogs were cured and one relapsed after one month.关键词
