基于胜任力模型的乡村产业振兴带头人培育路径研究
Research on the Pathway of Cultivating Rural Industry Revitalization Leaders Based on Competency Model
摘要
Abstract
Based on grounded theory,this paper constructs a competency model for rural revitalization industry leaders,aiming to provide a scientific basis for the selection,training,assessment,and management of rural industry revitalization leaders.Through behavioral event interviews and qualitative analysis of several Leading Goose Project rural industry revitalization leaders in Zhejiang Province,six core competency categories were refined:personal quality,interpersonal public relations ability,agricultural professional skills,learning and innovation ability,business management quality,and professional identity.The article further explores the cultivation pathways based on the competency model,including selection and appointment,regular education and knowledge training,assessment and management,and the improvement of incentive systems.The research results show that this model can effectively improve the overall quality and work ability of rural revitalization industry leaders,providing a talent guarantee for sustainable rural development.关键词
