Development and Prospect of Blood Transfusion for War Injury
摘要
Abstract
30%to 40%of the severe war wounded died from uncontrollable massive bleeding.Blood transfusion is an indispens-able treatment in the first aid and early treatment of war injuries,such as multiple trunk penetrating injuries.Our army has not experi-enced war for more than 40 years.The experience of blood transfusion for war injuries from several wars after the founding of the People's Republic of China has been lost and forgotten,posing risks in future military struggles.On the basis of reviewing the development of blood transfusion for war injuries,sorting out the brief history of war wound blood transfusion in our army,and combining the practices and progress of war wound blood transfusion in foreign armies since the beginning of the 21st century,this paper proposed the develop-ment direction of improving the blood support system and optimizing transfusion strategies in our army.关键词
