温针灸少阳经穴治疗脑卒中后痉挛性偏瘫的疗效研究
Efficacy Study of Warm Needle Moxibustion on Shaoyang Meridian Acupoints for the Treatment of Spastic Hemiplegia After Stroke

Abstract
Objective The purpose of this study is to explore the clinical efficacy of warm needle moxibustion on Shaoyang meridian acupoints in the treatment of spastic hemiplegia after stroke,based on the theory of"Shaoyang dominates the bones and their functions".Methods From April 2021 to April 2023,90 cases of post-stroke spastic paraparesis treated at Luzhou Traditional Chi-nese Medicine Hospital were split into the observation group(n=45)and the control group(n=45).Patients in both groups were given Conventional medical treatment and rehabilitation exercises after admission.In addition,the control group also received the warm needle moxibustion treatment at traditional acupoint.According to the theory of"Shaoyang dominates the bones and their functions",the observation group selected Shaoyang acupoints on the hemiplegic side of the hand and foot for warm needle moxibustion treatment.After 12 weeks of treatment,the efficacy of both groups was compared.The efficacy evaluation primarily focused on the changes in the following scores before and after treatment in both groups:TCM syndrome score,motor function score(FMA),self-care improvement score(Barthel Index,MBI),and the American Neurological Function Scale score(NIHSS).SPSS 21.0 was used for data processing.Chi-square test and t-test were used to compare the clinical efficacy of the two groups.Results Post-treatment,the observation group showed superior improvements in TCM syndrome scores,FMA upper limb score,MBI and NIHSS compared to the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation groupwas was significantly higher than that of control group(93.33%vs 77.78%,P<0.001).Conclusion Warm needle moxibustion at Shaoyang meridian acupoints significantly improves symptoms and functional out-comes in post-stroke spastic hemiplegia,outperforming traditional acupoint selection.关键词
