Abstract
Objective The purpose of this study is to explore the effects of the combined application of clarithromycin and endo-scopic sinus surgery on immune and inflammatory responses,as well as postoperative quality of life in patients with chronic rhinosinus-itis and nasal polyps.Methods 164 patients were randomly divided into an observation group(ESS+clarithromycin,n=82)and a control group(ESS alone,n=82).Postoperative symptom recovery time,inflammatory markers(hs-CRP,IL-6,IFN-γ),immune function(CD3+,CD4+,TIgE),and SNOY-20 scores were compared.Results The observation group showed shorter nasal mucosa recovery time[(3.15±1.46)vs(6.00±1.72)]days and nasal discharge resolution time[(2.40±0.49)vs(4.00±0.82)]days(P<0.05).At 3 days post-intervention,the observation group had lower inflammatory markers hs-CRP:[(5.45±1.32)vs(8.90±1.85)]mg/L、IL-6:[(51.11±6.65)vs(67.80±7.42)]pg/mL and better immune function CD3+:[(68.65±5.51)vs(63.10±4.92)]%(P<0.05).The bservation group's SNOY-20 scores at 3 months were lower[(7.46±2.65)vs(11.00±2.88)],P<0.05),with a higher total response rate(98.78%vs 86.59%,P<0.05).Conclusion Clarithromycin combined with ESS reduces inflammation,enhances immune function,accelerates recovery,and improves quality of life.关键词
