绿原酸对新城疫病毒体外活性的影响
Effect of chlorogenic acid on the in vitro activity of Newcastle disease virus

Abstract
To investigate the effects of chlorogenic acid(CGA)on the in vitro activity of Newcastle disease virus(NDV),this study examined the cytotoxic effects of CGA on NDV-treated DF-1 cells and its impacts on viral gene synthesis and replication within host cells using CCK-8 assay,RT-qPCR,and indirect immunofluorescence assay.Results showed that when the CGA concentration in the medium reached 125 mg/L,the survival rate of DF-1 cells exceeded 90%.At 2,6,12,24,and 48 hours of cultivation,the NDV-F gene copy numbers in the CGA-treated group were significantly lower than those in the NDV-infected group.By 48 hours of cultivation,the NDV-infected group exhibited marked cytopathic effects characterized by cell fusion and extensive vacuolation,while the CGA-treated group showed minimal cytopathology.Indirect immunofluorescence assays revealed significantly lower infection rates in the CGA-treated group compared to the NDV-infected group.The study demonstrates that CGA significantly inhibits NDV gene synthesis and viral proliferation,indicating substantial potential for application in the prevention and control of Newcastle disease.关键词
