腹腔镜辅助注射器针带线缝合技术在脐尿管囊肿切除术中的应用
Application of laparoscopic-assisted syringe needle with suture technique in the resection of urachal cysts

Abstract
Objective To summarize the laparoscopic experience of congenital urachal cysts and explore the clinical application value of laparoscopic-assisted syringe needle with suture technique in the resection of congenital urachal cysts in children.Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted for the relevant clinical data of 22 children aged over 6 months with congenital urachal cysts from January 2015 to December 2022.There were 15 boys and 7 girls with an average age of(15.6±8.2)month.Laparoscopic resection of urachal cyst was performed along with laparoscopic-assisted rapid suture with syringe needle and thread.The relevant clinical data of operative duration,postoperative efficacy and long-term recurrence were collected.Results 0-perative duration was(55.7±16.4)min.Postoperative urinary catheterization was performed with a duration of(2.6±0.5)day.Pathological diagnosis was urachal cyst in all cases.Hospitalization stay was(7.1±1.5)day.No recurrence was noted during a follow-up period of(18.8±7.5)month.Conclusions Laparoscopic umbilical ureteral cyst resection plus laparoscopic assisted syringe needle band suture rapid suture is both safe and efficacious for congenital umbilical ureteral cyst in children.关键词
