摘要

Abstract

Spinal cord ischemia-reperfusion injury(SCI/R)is a serious neurological insult with a com-plex pathogenesis and a difficult intervention.As a lipid molecule with multiple regulatory effects,lipoxin A4(LXA4)plays an important role in various diseases.Recent studies have revealed that LXA4 plays an important role in SCI/R and it may serve as a potential therapeutic target.This review focused upon the biological charac-teristics and synthetic metabolic pathways of LXA4.And LXA4 exerts its biological effects through activating G protein coupled receptors,regulating neuroinflammatory responses,promoting tissue repair and protecting neuro-nal function.And based upon this,the mechanism of action and intervention strategies of LXA4 in SCI/R were summarized,including relieving leukocyte infiltration,arresting cell apoptosis and suppressing the release of in-flammatory factors through drug and gene pathways,blunting the injury of SCI/R to nervous system and promo-ting the repair and regeneration of tissue injury.In the future,researchers shall further explore the mechanism of action of LXA4,seek more effective intervention strategies and provide more new thoughts for clinical treatment of SCI/R.
