摘要
Abstract
The aim of this study was to investigate the effect of infectious bursitis disease(IBD)on the level of immune antibodies to Newcastle disease(ND)in broiler chickens. The blood samples of chickens infected with infectious bursitis virus(IBDV)and those not infected with IBDV were collected at 27,32,37 and 42 days of age, respectively,in an AA broiler farm in Yingkou area, and NDV nucleic acid detection was performed by fluorescent RT-PCR.The hemagglutination(HA)-hemagglutination inhibition(HI)method was used to detect the NDV immune antibody level. The results showed that the serum NDV fluorescence RT-PCR detection results of both groups were negative, indicating that the NDV immune antibody levels were not interfered with NDV infection during the experiment. At 32 days of age,37 days of age and 42 days of age,the NDV immune antibody level of non-IBD chickens was significantly higher than that of IBD chickens(P<0.05),and the difference was more and more significant with the increase of broiler age.The level of NDV immune antibody in IBD chickens was always low,and there was no significant difference in the level of NDV immune antibody among broilers of different days of age(P>0.05).The titer level of non-IBD chickens was significantly higher at 42 days of age than other days of age(P<0.05),37 days of age was significantly higher than 32 days of age(P<0.05).Studies have shown that it is difficult to increase the level of NDV immune antibody in AA broilers after IBD,which is speculated to be one of the main reasons why ND often occurs after IBD.关键词
