植物乳杆菌和副干酪乳杆菌对小鼠高脂血症的调节作用
Regulatory effects of Lactobacillus plantarum and Lactobacillus paracasei on hyperlipidemia in mice

Abstract
The experiment aims to clarify the regulatory effect of Lactobacillus on blood lipids and provide certain references for the application of Lactobacillus in the prevention and treatment of pet hyperlipidemia.Twenty Kunming mice were randomly divided into four groups in the experiment,namely the control group,high-fat group,Lactobacillus plantarum group(Group A),and Lactobacillus paracasei group(Group B).The control group was fed with normal feed,while the high-fat group,Groups A and B were fed with high-fat feed.All mice were not restricted in water and diet and were continuously fed for 12 weeks.Mice in the control group and high-fat group were gavaged with 0.2 mL of sterile PBS solution at the 7th week of feeding.Mice in Groups A and B were gavaged with 0.2 mL of Lactobacillus plantarum and Lactobacillus paracasei suspensions at a concentration of 1.5×109 CFU/mL respectively for 6 consecutive weeks.The results showed that compared with the control group,the body weight gain rate,body fat percentage,Lees index and liver coefficient of mice in the high-fat group were significantly increased(P<0.05).The activities of alanine aminotransferase(ALT)and aspartate aminotransferase(AST)in mouse serum and the contents of glucose(GLU),total cholesterol(TC),triglycerides(TG),and serum low-density lipoprotein(LDL-C)were significantly increased(P<0.05),and the contents of TC and TG in the liver were significantly increased(P<0.05).The contents of high-density lipoprotein(HDL-C)in serum and liver decreased significantly(P<0.05).Compared with the high-fat group,the body weight growth rate of mice in Groups A and B was significantly decreased(P<0.05).The Lees index and liver coefficient of mice in Group B were significantly decreased(P<0.05),and the spleen coefficient was significantly increased(P<0.05).The liver coefficient of mice in Group A was significantly decreased(P<0.05).The serum ALT activity of mice in Group B were significantly decreased(P<0.05).The content of TC and HDL-C in the liver of Groups A and B was significantly increased(P<0.05),and the content of LDL-C in the serum was significantly decreased(P<0.05).Studies have shown that Lactobacillus plantarum and Lactobacillus paracasei have a alleviating effect on hyperlipidemia induced by a high-fat diet.关键词
